Frequently Asked Questions
Are crackers included with your boards? To help offset rising food costs, beginning January 1, 2026, crackers will no longer be included with our boards. Crackers will still be available as an optional add‑on so you can customize your order to your needs. We made this adjustment to avoid increasing the overall price of our boards and to continue offering the best value possible.
How far in advance should I order? We recommend at least 72 hours’ notice for most orders.
Do you offer delivery? Yes, we deliver throughout San Diego County.
Are your boards customizable? Absolutely! Let us know what you'd like and any allergies or preferences you have.
Do you teach classes? Yes! Check our Instagram or Facebook page for upcoming public workshops or submit an inquiry for a private workshop of 6 or more guests.
What’s included on your graze tables? Our graze tables come standard with assorted charcuterie, a variety of artisanal cheeses, fresh seasonal fruit, dips, olives, cornichons, nuts, spicy brown mustard, jams, honey, decorative greenery, and bamboo serving utensils.
I offer bamboo plates, forks, napkins, for your guests for an additional cost of .50/guest.
How much time do you need to set up the table? I arrive 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours prior to the event start time to prepare the table.
Once my order is accepted, how does payment work? 50% deposit confirms your date, and the balance is due 7 days prior to the event. If your order is placed less than 7 days in advance of your event, total balance is due.
What forms of payment do you accept? I accept Venmo, Zelle, Applepay, or credit cards (3% transaction fee for CCs).
What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?
I can accommodate various dietary needs, including vegetarian, gluten-free, nut-free, pork-free, and dairy-free options. State requirements clearly when ordering. However, I cannot guarantee an entirely allergy-free environment, and cross-contamination is a potential risk.
How long will my charcuterie board last?
It's generally recommended to eat your board the same day. However, provided it is properly refrigerated it is acceptable to eat it within 24-48 hours. State clearly when ordering if you are planning on eating your board 24-48 hours after receipt of board. I will package your board to ensure maximum freshness for up to 48 hours.
How should I transport my charcuterie board? When transporting a board, especially if not consumed within a couple of hours, consider using a cooler with ice packs to keep meats and cheeses chilled.
